McNeil Product Recall: Get A Refund!

A few weeks ago there was a recall on select OTC children's/infants medicine by McNeil.  There is a refund request available here. I just requested a refund for 5 products.  There are several products involved so make sure you check it out and follow these instructions:

Complete the Refund Request Form to receive a coupon good for a future purchase or a full refund.  You may be contacted by a representative to verify your information. If you have more than 6 bottles you will have to complete a second form or you can call the Consumer Care Center at 1-888-222-6036.
