Campfire Potatoes: Very Easy Dinner!

I know I have never posted a recipe.  We couldn't think of anything for dinner tonight so we went to allrecipes.com and typed in the ingredients we wanted to use and here's what we found.

Campfire Potatoes

Ingredients:
5 potatoes, thinly sliced
1 onion, sliced
6 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 cup chicken broth

Directions:
  1. Lightly grease skillet.
  2. Place the potatoes and onion in skillet. Dot with butter.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix Cheddar cheese, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Sprinkle the mixture over the potatoes.
  4. Cover potatoes with chicken broth.
  5. Cook for 15-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
This was delicious and so easy! We improvised a skillet instead of the grill.  Go here for the recipe.
