El Monterey Family Entrees Review & Giveaway - 5 Winners!

 I received this product in exchange for this review. A special thanks to El Monterey foods! No monetary compensation was received by me. This is my completely honest opinion and may differ from yours. 

El Monterey is America's favorite brand of mexican frozen food.  Did you know they offer over 65 products to choose from?  Including Burritos, Quesadillas, Wraps, Entrees, Cheesecake Bites and more! I recently recieved the oppurtunity to try out El Monterey Family Size Entrées. To my surprise, I was generously sent 8 El Monterey Family Size Entrées (2 of each kind)

• Spicy Beef Enchiladas w/ Rice & Sauce had 5 enchiladas with seasoned ground beef in tortillas on top of Spanish-style rice and topped with enchilada sauce and Monterey Jack, Oaxaca and Cotija cheeses.
• Chicken Mexicana had chicken with pasta, mixed in a white cream sauce and topped with Monterey Jack Cheese.  
• Chicken Enchiladas w/ Rice & Sauce had 5 enchiladas with seasoned chicken tortillas on top of Spanish-style rice and topped with suiza sauce and Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese. 
• Cheese Enchiladas w/ Rice & Sauce had 5 enchiladas with cheese tortillas on top of Spanish-style rice and topped with enchilada sauce and Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese. 

Each came inside a convenient heat-and-serve tray and only took 17 minutes to cook in the microwave or 60 minutes in the oven. We preferred each in the oven over the microwave.  We found it to have a bit more flavor and it was crunchier that way. The Cheese Enchiladas was defiantly my favorite!  The Beef Enchiladas were my husbands favorite. We made chips and salsa with each one and had corn on the side too!  We did this because everything was so delicious and we wanted to have leftovers for the next day! You could easily go with just cooking this meal alone. It has plenty to go around and a side dish (rice) included.
