You can find coupons in the Sunday paper, magazines, online, and more (go here to view coupons sources). Most stores take coupons and some stores double coupons. When you match a sale with a coupons, you can usually get FREE or very inexpensive groceries.
Free Groceries & More - Catalina's. These wonderful coupons print with your receipt when you are checking out at the store. Sometimes you will get $3 on your next order. Pair these with store sales, coupons, and catalina's to get groceries for free. Example:

It allow you to get groceries, toiletries, automotive, computer software, and more, ALL FREE! Just buy the item on the rebate form, send in a reciept with the item circled and you have yourself a free item when they mail you a check back. Sounds easy right? If you live in a "No Beer Purchase" state then you are lucky. These states include: AL, AR, CT, HI, KY, MA, ME, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, RI, SD, UT, VA and WV. Rumor has it beer rebates are the best (especially when you don't have to buy the beer for the rebate). Just ask CouponingToDisney. She has a great post on beer rebates and explains them very well. Free Clothing & Furniture - Freecycle or Craigslist are both great places to get things free. I have recieved a FREE dresser, 50 jars of baby food, kids plastic swimming pool, baby playpen, diapers, toys, clothing, wagon, exersaucer, books, shoes, COACH purse, and more. Yes, I said I Coach purse (it was real too). I have also given tons of things away for free on both websites. What no one takes I donate.
Free Music - Amazon offers a huge selection of free music. Others great places to find free music include Walmart, Myspace, iTunes (search "free music") and mp3.com. Keep in mind this isn't usually band new music. One way to get brand new music is to go to Starbucks on Tuesday. They offer a free itunes download with purchase. Another great resource to find other free music is TheFreebieBlogger. She always has the most up-to-date freebies listed.
Free Samples - Free samples are everywhere. In magazines, online, in grocery stores, and more. A few of my favorite sources to get free samples from are Walmart, Vocalpoint,and Facebook.
